  • However, we do not guarantee specific results, as performance depends on multiple factors outside our control, including:
    • Customer’s product quality, pricing, and positioning
    • Marketing materials and creative assets provided by the customer
    • Market competition and audience response
  • By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that no results are guaranteed.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • If your service does not start within 7 business days, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are not available under the following conditions:
    • Campaign has already been initiated
    • Suspension caused by incorrect configuration, broken URLs, or other errors provided by the customer
    • Services terminated due to violations of our content policy (see Section 4)
  • Ongoing subscription plans may be canceled at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Content and Legal Compliance

  • Customers are strictly prohibited from promoting illegal, harmful, or prohibited content, including but not limited to:
    • Child exploitation, pedophilia, or abuse material
    • Real violence, gore, or hateful content
    • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive marketing
  • OGL Partners reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if such violations occur. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

  • Customer information (including name, email, phone number, and other details) is kept confidential.
  • We do not sell customer data to third-party companies.

  • Our responsibility is limited solely to the scope of services as described in Section 1.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OGL Partners is legally registered.
